  • How can I contact the reVOLVER Customer Service Team?

    The FAQ section provides answers to many common questions about the reVOLVER online store. However, if you cannot find the answer to your query, please  contactus and we'll be happy to help.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

    If an item is out of stock or if the quantity selected is too high the system will prompt you with a message. Generally all items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. If a product is sold out you can contact us and we can try and order it for you.

    Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If for whatever reason an item you have ordered is actually out of stock we will email you as soon as we are aware of the situation.

  • How do I know that an item will fit?

    We provide size information for every item within the product description. Further you can refer to the size guide, by clicking on the link provided underneath the product description. Please note that this size information is for guide purposes only and may vary by brand or style.

  • How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

    As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

  • Is my personal information kept private?

    Yes. Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

    To register at reVOLVER we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
