Can I cancel my order after receipt (EU only)?

In addition to our returns policy, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs) Act, EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day of receipt) to cancel their purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailer-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing, within the period above. Either email us or write to us at: reVOLVER Ibiza, Notice of Cancellation, Customer Care Department, Calle Bisbe Azara, 1, 07800 Ibiza, Spain. Further all cancelled items must have a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, which we will supply. To obtain a RMA number either write to us at the address above or follow the link: Request RMA number. Once you have received your RMA number, please ensure that you follow the instructions emailed to you. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items back to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
