Please note that delivery times are to be used as a guide only and that reVOLVER has no control over these. They are stated in working days which excludes Sundays and any public holidays.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has been despatched we will send you an email with your tracking number along with a link to the website where you can start tracking your order from 24 hours after its despatch.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Yes. Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
DOES REVOLVER DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
No. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from reVOLVER to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
WHICH COMPANY WILL YOU USE TO SEND MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
reVOLVER's logistics is handled by UPS for international orders and UPS or Correos Express for national orders, so that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?
If you are located outside the European Union (EU) you may be required to pay import duties and/or VAT in order to receive your package. These will be determined by the local Customs agents and you will be notified of the amount before your package is delivered.
WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ORDERS?
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, reVOLVER is obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.
As a result, we are unable to dispatch perfumes and any items made of exotic skins outside of the EU.
If your order includes a product that we are not permitted to ship to your country, we will contact you by email to let you know. To proceed with purchasing this item, you would need to ship it to a destination address within the EU.
