CONDITIONS OF USE
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and / or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time so please read them carefully and check back often.

BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
In order to make purchases on the reVOLVER online store website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Additionally when placing your first order, reVOLVER requires shipping and billing address to be the same. In the event of shipping and billing address not matching reVOLVER reserves the right not to accept your order.

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please email us. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify reVOLVER immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

After placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note this email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Once payment has been received by us and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and reVOLVER shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices on the reVOLVER online store website are given in Euro (€) inclusive of ‘I.V.A.’ (Spanish value added tax). Other taxes and duties may be applicable depending on your shipping destination. As we have no control over any customs or import duties that may be levied when the package reaches your destination country, you are strongly advised to find out what if any taxes and duties you may be liable for.

Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro or MasterCard at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. Before accepting your order, we will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.Due to local tax regulations we are unable to deduct IVA for purchases outside the EU.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed against all products on the revolveribiza.com site. Shipping costs apply on any products purchased with a Gift Voucher but may be redeemed agains it. Gift Vouchers are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, a new Gift Voucher with the remaining balance will be issued and emailed to you. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher you must pay the difference by credit or debit card.

Gift Vouchers will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch. reVOLVER reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we deem such action necessary.

PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
reVOLVER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered by one of our courier companies, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Please ensure that the package has not been opened or interfered with before signing for it as once signed we cannot accept responsibility for stolen items. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by reVOLVER, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. reVOLVER is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To our valuable customers, we offer a 14 day refund service upon receipt and a 7 day service upon receipt for items purchased in the sale. If you are a customer based in the EU, you also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs) Act.

In both cases you must notify us in writing that you wish to return your purchase, within the time periods above. Either email us or write to us at: reVOLVER Ibiza, Notice of Return, Customer Care Department, Calle Bisbe Azara, 1, 07800 Ibiza, Spain.

All items intended for return must have a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, which we will supply. To obtain an RMA either write to us at the address above or email us at info@revolveribiza.com to obtain an RMA number.
Once you have received the RMA, please ensure that you follow the instructions emailed to you.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Refunds will not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition (including all labels, boxes and packaging), as soon as possible after obtaining an RMA.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, and it must be via a trackable method. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take responsible care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our end. reVOLVER will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of receiving your notice. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

FAULTY GOODS
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. We can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when completing your RMA request form.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds onto credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations

LIABILITY
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any statutory rights you might have as a consumer or our liability to you for any fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You confirm that all information supplied by you in using this website is true and accurate and that you have the legal authority to purchase goods or services using this website.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which related to and identifies you to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website.

SECURITY
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

reVOLVER is fully PCI compliant and uses a SECURE SOCKET LAYER (SSL) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse. The use of SSL encryption scrambles data sent from the browser to the reVOLVER online store server in such a way that only we can read it.

We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as possible and to keep the details of your order and payment secure and in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account username.
